DeedLease is a Better Building Council initiative. It creates the economic foundational boost necessary to balance the inflation gap that has grown too far to close with standard traditional methods. The construction industry is the driving force of the economy — demonstrated by what we call the Economic Climb.

There are so many industries that depend on the Economic Climb associated with residential construction. Every product provided in this industry has gone up dramatically and, unfortunately, salaries cannot keep pace. Subsidies are needed to hold the line for the next five years to create an economic circle that will flow independently after that time.

The BBC needs this pilot to create the proper chain and guardrails that ensure smooth operations and prevent the bottlenecks and over-regulation that exist in the current state of residential construction. By funding the pilot, within fifteen to eighteen months the true introduction of a Social Impact Note is properly introduced. The SIN will be paid back at 1% to the government — those funds now rotate back into the program and create stability and longevity.

This program helps the working-class American attain the goal of home ownership. Billions of dollars are wasted on social programs that unfortunately don't come back into the government coffers. DeedLease benefits the working-class citizen and gives a sense of pride and accomplishment that makes a hard day at work feel worth it.
